On Monday, April 15, Southeast Roadbuilders will begin construction on the Small Boat Harbor Sidewalk and Railing Replacement project, which will replace roughly 300 feet of failing sidewalk and railing along Front Street. The parking area along Front Street (from the Harbor Oil Shed to the entrance of the large parking lot) will be closed during construction. The large parking lot south of the Harbor Ice House will remain open. The contract completion date for this project is June 30, 2024, though we expect construction to wrap up before then.
